Elias Joseph Carmel, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, on 22 December 1958, is the seventh of eleven children in a loving Acadian French Catholic family. He is proud to maintain his parents’ values, stay true to his beliefs, and embrace both the French and English languages. Elias has been an enthusiastic Secular Carmelite for over fifteen years, deepening his interest in writing and studying end-time prophecies. He is also an active member of the Knights of Columbus.

With eighteen years of experience in Information Technology and Information Management, Elias has worked across various sectors, including private industry and government, including 10 years working for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. His career journey represents his diverse skills in training, network administration, and help desk support. Besides his technical expertise, he has worthwhile teaching experience in public schools and adult education, holding a Nova Scotia Teacher’s Certification.

Elias has pursued further education to improve his teaching abilities, earning a Master of Education focused on diverse learners. He holds multiple diplomas and certificates in subjects ranging from new evangelization to microcomputer applications. Outside of his professional life, his interests include researching prophecies while balancing a fulfilling and busy life. Elias’ dedication to helping others and fostering learning in different contexts defines his passion.
